My Profile

As an analytically and emotionally intelligent manufacturing manager with competencies in lean management, I have more than 25 years of production experience in a dynamic environment in various technologies and complex processes. The basis of my professional qualifications are business understanding, entrepreneurial thinking and my experience in the automation pyramid as well as HSE quality systems and certifications in industrial manufacturing. My appreciative leadership skills allow me to communicate visions and goals, develop roadmaps, and execute employee training/onboarding programs. As a member of the leadership team, I contributed to strengthening the company during economic crises, initiated a culture change, and increased the company's profit through continuous improvement, restructuring, and production relocation.
